Administration

Due to the national phenomena of fewer resources being allotted per school district, many districts have found their ability to offer college preparatory programs in all schools very limited. Despite such a trend, the Founder and Chancellor of City University School of Liberal Arts believes that all students deserve the opportunity to pursue post secondary education at the college or university of their choice. He also understands in order for students to be granted the ability to do so, they have to be allowed access to opportunities that would provide them proper preparation for such pursuits--regardless of socioeconomic background or previous educational barriers.

City University School of Liberal Arts was founded as a college preparatory high school with a liberal arts core and operates as a Center of Excellence for Student Development. Developed from a collegiate model, City University was defined as a charter high school for students grades 9-12 that work to pursue scholarship and citizenship.

In order to fulfill its vision and mission, City University School of Liberal Arts is governed, advised and supported by individuals who are committed to the academic success of all students.
